TENSIOMYOGRAPHY – TMG
Tensiomyography (TMG) is a non-invasive, practical, fast and reliable technology that is developing rapidly. It helps determine rehabilitation or exercise progress. It provides an objective evaluation of the effectiveness of a particular treatment or training protocol. The specific muscle contraction characteristics are important parameters for our physiotherapists and kinesiologists who are looking for real insight into the condition of each muscle.
The advantages of TMG are its simplicity, adaptability and compatibility with other methods in physiotherapy and sport diagnostics. With TMG, athletes can be profiled, monitored and guided through rehabilitation or training in minutes.

TMG diagnostics is useful for:
Optimization of training
Injury prevention
Injury rehabilitation
An athlete’s maximum speed, plyometry, endurance and flexibility are negatively affected by lateral and functional asymmetry. The inability to optimize and individualize training affects the athlete’s fitness.
The measurements are painless, do not require any effort from the athlete and can be performed even in the acute stages of the injury to obtain essential, clear and objective criteria.
