ANALYSIS OF BODY POSTURE
Body posture analysis involves evaluating the way your body is positioned, including your joints, pelvis, shoulder girdle, limbs and feet. We also assess your spinal curves and specific body movements to better understand how your body behaves in space and identify any areas of dysfunction.
If your pelvis is out of position, it can cause changes in the natural curves of your spine. The way your spine responds to these changes depends on how mobile it is, particularly in your chest area.

Common posture abnormalities include lordotic posture, flat back, increased thoracic kyphosis, inversion of the thoracic curve, reduced thoracic curve and scoliosis of the spine.
These issues not only affect your appearance, but they can also lead to pain, headaches, degenerative changes, mood changes, changes in blood pressure, lung capacity and gastrointestinal problems. We’ll help you understand how your body is positioned and identify any areas of concern. By doing so, we can work together to create a plan to address any issues and improve your overall health and well-being.
